Internet Service Provider Performing Software Upgrades on Edge Routers

Our primary Internet Service Provider (ISP) for this region will implement manufacturer-recommended software module upgrades on the edge routers. To minimise service impact during this activity, we will temporarily reroute all traffic over our secondary ISP circuits. As these circuits provide lower aggregate capacity than the primary links, customers may experience increased latency and periods of congestion for the duration of the maintenance.
