Resolved - This incident has been resolved.

Investigating - We are currently investigating an issue in the Canada-1 region following emergency maintenance. This has resulted in some hosts not becoming active following reboot.
This has also resulted in a reduced selection of deployments available.
We are working to resolve this issue as soon as possible.

Scheduled - We are currently carrying out emergency maintenance across the Hyperstack platform.

As part of this maintenance, new virtual machine (VM) deployments are temporarily unavailable in all Hyperstack regions.

Our engineering teams are working to complete the maintenance as quickly and safely as possible. We will provide further updates as soon as additional information becomes available, including confirmation when VM deployments have been fully restored.

We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your patience while we complete this work.
