Get webhook notifications whenever Hyperstack Service Status creates an incident, updates an incident, resolves an incident or changes a component status.
We will be undergoing weekly scheduled maintenance on HyperStack and underlying services to ensure better, smoother, and faster user experiences for the customers. During this time, HyperStack end-users may see a slight impact on the dashboard performance, but no VM operations should be impacted.
Resolved -
Summary The underlying issue has been resolved. New clusters are now creating successfully and transitioning to an Active state as expected.
Impact Cluster creation and reconciliation processes are now fully operational.
Current Status All systems are functioning normally. We apologise for any inconvenience this issue may have caused. We will continue to monitor the situation closely. If you experience any further issues, please contact us at support@hyperstack.cloud.

Identified -
Summary We have narrowed down the issue to just cluster creation. Reconciliation for existing clusters (incl adding/removing nodes/groups) aren't affected.
Impact Clusters that depend on NVIDIA Helm charts may fail to create.
Observed Error 502 Bad Gateway when attempting to fetch index.yaml from the NVIDIA Helm repository.
Current Status Investigation is ongoing. We are monitoring the upstream NVIDIA repository and assessing potential mitigation options.
Next Update We will provide an update as soon as additional information or mitigation steps become available.

Investigating -
Summary We are currently investigating an issue affecting cluster reconciliation. The NVIDIA Helm chart repository (https://helm.ngc.nvidia.com/nvidia) is returning errors and appears to be unreachable.
Impact Clusters that depend on NVIDIA Helm charts may fail to reconcile to their desired state.

Scheduled -
We have been notified of upcoming maintenance by one of our upstream transit providers. What to expect: Temporary routing convergence during the maintenance window Traffic will automatically fail over to our secondary upstream provider No full outage is expected, however:
Brief interruptions may occur during failover Increased latency and potential congestion are possible, as traffic will traverse lower-capacity backup links Network design notes: Our infrastructure is built with multiple upstream providers and redundant links. During this event:
Primary traffic may shift to backup paths Both inbound and outbound traffic will continue to be routed via available upstream connectivity Time window: 28/04/2026 - 4:00am - 10:00am UTC Impact: Minimal (short disruptions and higher latency possible) We will monitor the situation closely and provide updates if anything unexpected occurs.

Resolved -
The issue impacting external connectivity from the data center has been fully resolved for all customers at 07.00 UTC. The root cause was identified as an internet routing issue with our data center network partners.
Our DC Network Partners have implemented the required fix, and connectivity has been restored. All services are back online and functioning normally for customers.
We will continue to actively monitor the environment to ensure stability. If you continue to experience any issues with our services, please contact us at support@hypserstack.cloud for immediate assistance.
Thank you for your patience and understanding.

Monitoring -
The issue appeared to be related to internet routing with our DC Network Partners, which impacted our external connectivity from the data center.
They have provided the fix, and the network is back again in the datacenter. All the services are back and working fine.
We will be actively monitoring for any further issues. If you still encounter any issues with our services, please reach out to support@hypserstack.cloud for immediate help.

Investigating -
We are currently investigating a network connectivity issue affecting customer VM reachability from the public internet in CANADA-1 (CA-1) Region. Our on-site team is actively engaged and working to resolve the fault.
What we know: • The issue has been isolated to the network layer at the data centre level at CANADA-1 Region only • HyperStack UI Console is impacted, but all the API Services are operational • Internal control plane communication is unaffected, so your VMs are running normally, but external connectivity is impacted • VM-to-VM traffic within the platform is expected to be unaffected • Public internet traffic is unable to reach customer VMs beyond the default gateway
We are working directly with our data centre team to restore full connectivity. A further update will be posted within once we have the fix implemented.
