We will be carrying out scheduled maintenance in the CA2 region to apply security updates to our network firewalls, switches and storage systems.

Expected impact
Network switch upgrade: approximately 12 hours of full downtime. Virtual machines in CA2 will be unreachable, and attached storage and multi-node networking will be unavailable during this time.
Firewall upgrade: brief, intermittent network interruptions over approximately 4 hours.
Storage upgrade: brief, intermittent interruptions to shared storage over approximately 3 hours.
The timing of each upgrade may shift within the window, so please plan for resources in CA2 to be unavailable for the full period. We recommend saving your work and checkpointing any long-running jobs before the maintenance begins.
